USB connection problems
Having USB connection troubles and getting really frustrated. My galaxy s5 is not recognizing on my laptop, it makes the little ding noise and it charges but it won't recognize in devices with removable storage. Samsung kies tells me this: unsupported device alert, the connected device is supported through smart switch, which is isn't. When I go to smart switch it says unsupported device. All I want to do is transfer my pictures...someone please HELP!! Thanks!
