Hello, all.
For some reason, I am getting constant system popups at the bottom of my screen, especially after I connect or disconnect WiFi or Celluar Data. I have turned off WiFi network notifications. I have also used Titanium's Freeze feature to freeze many apps I thought might be causing this. I also can't find any Android system settings that will stop this problem. If anyone has a solution, I will greatly appreciate hearing it.
