HTC One M7 Intermittent Service
Recently my T-Mobile HTC One M7 has been having difficulty reliably getting service, even in areas where it'd normally have LTE coverage. It alternates between having the 'x' and no bars, and having marginal "service" where bars are illuminated and it's sometimes possible to send a text or make a call. I can't point to any specific update that would have caused this problem, which means I'm at a loss as to how to fix it. Is this a known software problem that can be resolved easily, or is likely a hardware issue that necessitates getting a new phone? For reference, I have already replaced the SIM card, so I know that is not the issue.
