How can I fix my camera problem on my moto g4 plus?

I use moto g4 plus since 6 months. There are many scratches on my camera glass. Hence camera is not focusing well. The pictures taken by the rear camera are not coming well focused and detailed. Please give me a suggestion what I have to do?

Get the back glass replaced. The scratches would mess up the camera.
