How can I fix my M9, it is stuck on a update screen after 5.1 RUU?

M9 stuck on a update screen after 5.1 RUU

After running the RUU provided from HTC for the 5.1 Update for HTC One M9 the RUU got error 155 and the phone is not stuck in what appears to be the update screen with a full bar .
How should i go about fixing this .
