How can I fix my phone that is in a loop?

I rooted HTC ONE X AT&T bootloader using fastboot and installed rom viper 4.1.1
flashed kernel whit bricked_onex_v0.21 but I can´t get the phone to work
It stucks on the main screen "HCT quietly brilliant"
