How can I fix my phone

so I let my little brother play a game on my phone and somehow he managed to delete a few files that happened to be core files for my android device, an LG Optimus exceed 2. now my device is stuck in a bootloop and I was wondering if there is anyway to fix this. I have tried to do a factory data reset to see if it would reinstall the deleted core files, but it didn't work.

Welcome to Android Central! Is the phone rooted? If not, it's highly unlikely that your brother would have accidentally uninstalled a system file, since that's not possible on an unrooted phone.
