How can I fix my predictive text on my Galaxy 6?

predictive text on my galaxy 6

Prob 1- the predictive text doesn't capitalize names that are obviously names
2-it doesnt bring up realistic options for what the word might be when I misspell a word while texting
3- how many times do I have to capitalize Tan -my daughters nickname (before the phone gets it-or will it ever get it since tan is also Not a name.

The personal dictionary can save words if you type them out and tap them in the space above the keyboard. Having said that, it isn't 100%.

Try Swiftkey instead. I assume that you are currently using the stock keyboard.
