How can I fix my Samsung S4 bleeding screen?

Samsung S4 Bleeding Screen

Hi I dropped my phone and the phone is slowly covered in ink think its called Bleeding Screen. Will replacing the screen help fix my phone?

The phone is a Samsung S4 no cracks but wont work and the screen is 95% black
