Sony Z3 repair help?!
Hey you guys and girls. I'm searching for answers here because I have no idea where to go with my current phone situation. I've had an Xperia Z3 for I'd say 4 months? Within that time, my phone has broken in different ways twice.
The first I guess I was sort of at fault but a normal phone wouldn't have broken. (I was at the gym, checked a text and my hand was maybe a foot from the ground and I tossed it to the floor when finished...screen cracked).
The second time, early this morning. ( I was texting/doing regular phone activities last night. Placed it on the charger and went to sleep...I woke up late this morning and realized my alarm didn't go off. My phone's LED light is blinking but the screen will not turn on and calls won't even come through). This 2nd phone is MAYBE 2 months old and in perfect condition yet it went out for no reason.
My dilemma here is that tmobile want's to charge me another 300 for a replacement phone and this is with insurance coverage. I already paid that much for the first replacement even though I had insurance...
So if you guys could either point me in a direction to a way to get this fixed in a cheaper way OR recommend a phone that is tried and true and has been tested and is 100% reliable I'd be ever grateful.
P.S. the phone battle the last 3 or so years has kicked my ***. I had a galaxy s2 I believe? Though it last about 2 years, the screen also went out with no explanation or damage. I just want a reliable phone!!
