How can I fix some distortion on my Galaxy S4 earpiece and earphones?

my earpiece and earphones contain distortion on galaxy s4

this problem I had recently is driving me crazy since I factory reset my phone and took it apart and checked the connections and still wasn't solved, I recorded a call and the voice on the other side is distorted through the earpiece but not through the loud speaker, the distortion on the earphones jack is much higher than the earpiece when playing any sound...some people told me that it might be the audio ic that is causing this...any ideas on what might be the cause??

the earphones work fine on my pc, the problem was before i factory reset, it is the reason I did it and it didn't solve it...seems like a hardware problem
