I used to drain 17% per hour on screen according to accubattery, but now it is sometimes draining up to 35% per hour. My battery health is at 73%. Is there any way to fix this?

35% per hour on just the screen, or overall? Even 17% per hour for the screen is bad. To start, turn the brightness down as far as you're comfortable with. (And on an AMOLED screen, current goes up with "whiteness", so you should be using a dark theme, black wallpaper and don't leave the screen on anything bright. [I use Proximity Service to keep the screen black when I put it down face down.])

It is on the screen, although I have tried disabling chrome, and factory resetting. My brightness is already almost all the way down, and I use an all black wallpaper. Android system seems to be the main culprit of my battery consumption, but disabling background usage of Android System didn't do anything.

Charge up to 100%, then let it drain to 20-30% with normal usage, without charging in between. Then show us:

1. The main Settings>Battery screen.
2. The fullscreen battery graph screen (which shows Awake time and Cell Signal Strength).
3. The Screen category (to see total Screen On time).
4. The Cell Standby category, if present (to see Time Without Signal).

You might have to install a 3rd party battery monitor, like GSam Battery Monitor, to get the Cell Signal Strength graph.
