How can I get 4g to work on my galaxy note 4 boost mobile phone?

I am using a galaxy note 4 on the boost network and I cannot get 4g to work. It stays at 3g (of course causes a lot of lag). I've tried just about everything and so did the clerk at the boost store to no avail. Is there anything that you can suggest that might work? Please help. Thank you.

First things first is where did the Note came from and what is its exact model number (models differ per carrier/region). It's possible that your model doesn't have the necessary antennae for Boost's 4G, especially if it was intended for another carrier.
