How can I get a dialer for my docomo ntt tab

My tab doesn't have a dialer/caller I need to know how to get one for my Docomo NTT tab

Welcome to Android Central! What's the exact model name or number of the tablet? Do you know for sure that the tablet supports telephony (i.e., can make phone calls over the cell signal)? Most LTE tablets only use LTE for mobile data, not for phone calls (although I think there may have been some very old 3G tablets that could make phone calls).

Because it's a table, not a phone. The SIM card is only to provide mobile data. Not to provide cellular phone service. Your tablet does not have the cellular components at all.

Welcome to Android Central! joeldf is correct. You can try VoIP calling using platforms like Google Meet, WhatsApp, etc., but you won't be able to make standard cellular calls.
