How can I get a flat colour background (i.e. not an image) to my Home Page?

Hello

Personally I hate the visual clutter of having any photo as a background to my home page. How can NOT have any image?

Depending on which phone model you have (manufacturer and/or Android version its running), the installed Launcher will vary so you need to adjust things accordingly but for most phones if you just long press once on the screen that should bring up a contextual menu showing Wallpapers, Widgets, and Settings menus. Select Wallpapers and scroll down to Solid Colors, tap on that for options on various choices of colors. Some phones also include more extensive options so you can pick your own color from a color gamut chart.

You can get solid colours as background from different apps, like Wallpapers by Google.

One way (of a billion) is to get the Zedge app (free) and type in exactly the color you want and you should get a plethora of uni-colour backgrounds.
