How can I get a Google movie to play on my Asus memo tablet?

how can i get a google movie to play on my assus memo tablet tablet.

After a system update my 8 inch asus Memo tablet no longer plays google movies that I enjoy on air trips. The player does not show the film just shows a wheel turning and finally times out?Called Google and Asus and tried all ideas.
