how can i get a still picture from a video on galaxy s5?

I took a video of my baby and want to take out one of the frames as a pic for my screen saver. how do i do that?

pause the video and do a screenshot. if you wanna get fancy and you have the time, you can try browsing on play store. i'm sure there are some video player apps that has a built in screen capture. that way you'll get the full resolution

theres a built in option in the video player, check in the settings

If you want to get better quality, use coach's eye from the play store. You inky need the free version, and you will be able to find the perfect frame at full quality!!

I know where the setting was on the Note 4....can't find it on the 5. Any help as to where it is?

For S5--- Not sure if you figured it out yet but press settings while video is playing and turn on capture. Then you can hit the little camera on the screen when vid is playing
