Just got a Chromecast and it's amazing! Works great, no stuttering, perfect. EXCEPT...
My mp3's sound crappy. Meaning that I've always processed them through an equalizer or dynamic expander or some form of DSP that would make them sound more like my original CD's. I've tried many PC and Android based players and none of them appears to be able to process the sound before casting it to Chromecast. Some would respond that I should just handle the effects in hardware (like my receiver). But I don't want to process ALL sounds, just my mp3's (and in an ideal world, only some of them).
Has anyone found a way to do this for better mp3 sound (either on PC or Android)???
