How can I get Lollipop via OTA on my HTC M8?

HTC M8 -Lollipop no OTA received

Hi, I have a T-Mobile Poland HTC M8 but I live outside Poland. I had an issue few months ago and the lab flashed my phone with 3.28.401.6 (Android 4.4.4) which fixed the problem. Phone remains CID=TMOB009 which is T-Mobile Poland.
Now, although Lollipo is available, I dont get it via OTA. I suspect this is since my SW now is a WWE version but CID is T-Mobile Poland meaning CID does not match the SW version I have. So, I am stuck.
Can anyone assist in a simple way since I am not an Android expert?

WWE edition is the developer edition (I think) so you should be able to manually d/l the update when it comes out.

First, I would liek to ensure that my analysis is correct meaning - I dont get OTA (although WWE and Lollipop from T-Mobile Poland are available) since my SW version is 3.28.401.6 which is a WWE version, while the CID is TMOB009 which is T-Mobile Poland. is this the reason why OTA always tells me there are no updates for my phone?
If this is the case, I guess there are 2 ways to overcome: one is to re-install T-Moibile android version for 4.4.4 (my current WWE version) or change CID to WWE CID like HTC_001.
Since I am not an expert, I dont know how to either options provided my analysis and optional solutions are correct.
Any idea?
