How can I get my cloud account if I am no longer with Verizon and my phone is broke?

How can i get my cloud acount i no longer with verzion n my phone is broke

My phone was an android mini the screen got broken not longer worked. So got a new phone n different number but still under same account now I can't remember my email or password to my cloud account

I'm a little confused, though. You said you're no longer with Verizon, but you said the new phone is still under the same account?
