Coolpad (android 4.4.kitkat) won't move past boot

First, google play and other google apps started crashing. Then phone turned off. I tried to turn it back on but it wouldn't get past the boot screen. I did a hard reset and cleared the cache first then a another hard reset and reset back to factory but still won't go past the boot screen. Any help or similiar issues I can learn from?

Welcome back! If it persists despite a factory reset from Recovery, then either the firmware has become corrupted, or the motherboard may be failing. The only possible solution I could think of would be to try reinstalling the stock ROM, but this won't be possible if the phone isn't rooted in the first place. If it is rooted, then you'd have to search the web for a copy of the stock ROM and instructions on how to flash it.

I'm going to leave it on the bootscreen till the battery runs down, charge it then see what happens. I seriosuly dount anything, but gotta try.
I would think the phone would have to get past the boot sequence before it could be flashed? I dunno, have yet to do much with Android besides break it lol. Heck, I just bought an old Samsung Prevail on Amazon, hope it lasts longer.

That's a good idea. A similar thing recently happened to my wife's M8, where it got stuck on the red Verizon screen. Ran out of battery, charged it up, and then it booted normally. Didn't instill confidence, though--I told her it may be a red flag that the phone is starting to fail.
