How to get of blurriness in S7?

I got a new phone, the S7 Edge by Samsung Galaxy. I would like to know how to get rid of the blurriness in the background when things come into focus. An example is when powering off phone.

I'm afraid I don't know what you mean. The blurring of the main screen image when powering off a device, and being presented with the options to Power Off etc., is perfectly normal. I suppose it's done because it makes the options stand out the more clearly.
