How can I get my G2 working?

g2 not working

i put my moto g2 for charging. after 2 hrs i am not able to see if it is charged. not able to open my phone. it is not getting ON.the phone is not responding at all. no lights.

Try a long press of the Power button, for a minute or so.
Also, if you can, remove and replace the battery.
If no go, the battery, or something in the charging circuit, may be faulty.
