How can I get my Galaxy S7 out of voice only mode?

my new galaxy s7 is stuck in voice only mode for text and i cant change in settings

when I go into settings to change input every thing is grayed out

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean voice-only mode? Is it in Driving/Car Mode? Or is TalkBack turned on?
