How can I get my HTC Desire 626 to turn on?

htc desire 626 won't turn on

I tried to cut it off and turn back on when a app became unresponsive. I turned it off and now it won't cut on. The screen is kind of black but it's kind of lit up. No led light or nothing. I've tried to master reset with the volume keys that doesn't work. Should I just take it back?
