How can I get my music library back?

my music library has gone

I accidently deleted my account on Google play how can I get my paid for music back I can not do it by account recovery because my phone number is wrong please help

Sounds like you are going to have to contact Google or use the correct phone number, in order to get your paid music back you have to have your account information.
