How can I get my navigation bar working?

navigation nar not working

Hello guys!! M using karbonn sparkle v android one. I recently updated it to lollipop 5.1.1 the problem is that my navigation bar has stopped working.. And I am seriously unable to use anything. No back keys. No home.. So plz all d tech geek guyz help me out of this problem..!!!!

Welcome to Android Central! Was this an official update pushed over the air, or did you manually install it?
