How can I get my Nexus 5 off of Lollipop flying colors while rebooting (from more than 12 hours)?

Nexus 5 stuck at lollipop flying colors while rebooting (from more than 12 hours)

I am not able to boot my Nexus 5 (D820 model). It is stuck at lollipop screen. I know it sometime takes time but I have kept it overnight and still no change. I cleared chase and even set factory setting by entering recovery mode. still not able to reboot it. Can someone help?
