How can I get my Note 4 mic to work?

my note 4 mic doesn't work

It was working perfectly fine, but it suddenly stopped working.
They can't hear my voice if someone call me, also I can't record and also the S voice doesn't recognise my voice.
I don't understand. . The microphone suddenly stopped working .. is that normal??

No, it's not normal, but it could be some setting you changed somewhere. Take the phone to your carrier and see if they can help. Also if you happen to be in the US and can get to a Bestbuy store, perhaps the Samsung rep can help. The phone is warranted for a year, so if you're in warranty, you might be able to get a replacement.
