how can i get my optimus stop system update notifications?

i remember seeing a post about this, but was unsuccessful in finding it.

i do not want to download the ZVJ update because of the debacle with the ZVH update. i am tired of getting the notification that it is available every 15 minutes. how do i disable the notification?

What working on zvh was press the more info when it tells u theres an update available then pull the battery
