Phone stuck in bootloop after root, HELP

Alright, so I will try to provide as much information as I can.

I had unlocked and rooted my device successfully, and installed SuperSU. When I realized that the SuperSU app wasn't working, I went ahead and downloaded a different version onto my phone and removed and replaced the files. Well.... After I did that and restarted my phone. It no longer went into the main screen, and instead went straight to a black screen after the HTC logo screen.

I then tried to reconfigure some stuff and I managed to get it to reboot into recovery whenever I turn it on. ( I think that was progress) But I am still trying to get it back to how it was so I can use my phone again.

I have tried:
- Flashing the stock ROM
- Factory Reset and reboot
- Using ADB and Fastboot to restore things
- Turning off my phone for a day and trying again
- Letting my phone die and charge it then try again
Lets just say, i've tried a lot of things that i've found on other websites to try and fix this.

When I did that I was using a Windows 7 Laptop, which I had to give back to the owner, and now I am stuck with a Windows 8. Which I know can cause some problems when connecting.. which is the problem I have right now too.
When I go into Fastboot, and plug it in, it does not show "Fastboot USB" anymore. It was showing "Fastboot AC" before, but now, it's not showing anything at all... just "Fastboot".

Any help would be awesome...
