How can I get my Samsung Galaxy A3 touch working?

My samsung galaxy A3 touch not working

accidently it got into water... its displaying........ notifications are coming as wi fi was on. what to do? i have already put it in bag full of rice .....

Welcome to Android Central.

Even if you can get it working using the rice method, which is no longer regarded as of much use, it may not work for long.
