How can I get my Samsung Galaxy to turn on properly?

Samsung galaxy not turning on properly

My samsung galaxy a3 is only turning coming up with the samsung screen then it is turning off. I have looked on the internet and I've rebooted and done the reset but it still isn't working

Welcome to Android Central! Can you boot into Recovery Mode? If so, try wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data. Follow the steps in this video, but instead of selecting Wipe Data/Factory Reset, make sure you select Wipe Cache Partition. When complete, then select Reboot System Now.
