how can i get my settings icon back on my Alcatel Raven LTE A574BL?

today i accidentally swiped and removed it. at the top is "Remove" beside an "X" . I have already tried restoring it from the Widgets-long press, drag to screen. all i get is a sub app from Settings. or nothing. there is no "Menu" button anywhere, and idk what an "App Drawer" is! what can i do ???**pulling out my hair**

Welcome to Android Central! The App Drawer is the list of all of your installed apps that you get by tapping the icon that looks like a grid of dots (in the bottom row of icons). In the App Drawer, look for the Settings icon. Long-press it, then drag it back to the homescreen.

On most phones, you can also swipe down the notification panel and find the gear icon there -- that will also take you to the system settings.
