How can I get my Tab2 and wrt120n to connect?

tab2 and wrt120n not really connecting

Galaxy tab2 not connecting to wrt120n router even though it show connected. All gs4 phones connect fine to the router and the GS tab connects fine to other WiFi signals. Just the tablet and wrt120n are not fully completing connection. Help.

Change the encryption on the router to AES. Some phones have a problem with TKIP ot TKIP+AES. (The more expensive routers, like Linksys and D-Link seem to be the ones causing the most problems.)
