How can I get my Weather widget working?

Weather widget not working

All of the sudden my weather widget in the Galaxy 4 got stuck in this morning's weather, location and time. First I thought I had turned off the location or GPS but all of my goggle maps are working. The GPS is on. I turned the phone off completely twice and restarted it again. Nothing worked. Then I deleted the widget and added it again. Nothing. I read in another post that "something had changed in the android system (sic)" that created this error" "that there was supposed to be an "update this month" that should take care of the issue". I don't know if this is related to the problem I have. The quotes from the post is related to: 1Weather widget time lags behind the system clock.
I have the regular widget that came with my Galaxy 4.

Yeah, my weather widget isn't working, either for about 2 days. I use the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0. I believe its the weather service that might have crashed. I'll just wait a week to see if its fixed.
