How can I get my wifi working correctly?

wifi not working correctly.

okay so i just had charter TV & WiFi put in my home, & now my phones WiFi isn't working right ..it connects to the WiFi, & i can surf the web, but my gmail, you tube & my android games will not load.. ive tried everything i have no clue whats going on, please help.

IF they work fine on cellular, have issues on WiFi i would suggest making sure your wireless encryption is set to AES and NOT TPIK.
I might also suggest double checking the DNS servers. I once had an issue with my home cable provider and Sony play station network that was related to DNS servers. All other data traffic was fine.

Would I be correct in guessing that you received a modem/router all in one combo from Charter?
If so, I am sure it's router config. Could very well be like IAmSixNine stated in regards to AES and not TPIK.
But there are SO many things it could be. I doubt it's DNS though based on your description.
I would work with your ISP if you have a combo unit.

I only mentioned DNS due to the services coming from the same provider / google. Many android games use their cloud services.
