How Can I get rid of Mobile Installer "Processing Requests"

[Android Central Question]

On my Samsung Galaxy s9, there is a notification from this thing called "Mobile Installer" and underneath all, there is "..." and under that, it says "Processing requests" THis notification won't disappear, it just sits there and nothing happens, and I can't clear it. When I restart my phone, it's gone, but about a day later the notification comes up and won't go away. What does this "processing requests" mean, and how can I get rid of it because it is annoying just up there at the top and it won't go away. Please help. Thanks

Of course this is exactly what i was searching for and of course no replies. I also have the s9. If you ever find out, hopefully they post it here!
