How to get rid of TouchWiz on my Samsung 3G light phone

Just stared to come on yesterday: every time I move from 1 app to another, I now have to go through TouchWiz. Phone is 1.5 years old, never did this until yesterday. how do I uninstall or get rid of TouchWiz

Welcome to the forums!
What do you mean you have to go through TouchWiz? Does it ask you to choose a launcher? Have you tried installing a different launcher like Nova?
