How can i get Smart Manager on Verizon S6

Hello,i have a question about my phone,how can i get Smart Manager on Verizon S6, because this app apear on Aplication Manager but it isn`t on the phone i can`t acces this application.I read that the Verizon remove this but how can I get back?

All you can do is wait for verizon to hopefully enable it in future updates. Since rooting doesnt work on verizon phones.

IMO the smart manager is not really usefull.... cant see any diffrence on my phone before and after there is smart manager.
