how can i get the files offf of my phone that i cant see the screen on, usb debugging is off
when I turn the phone on, the screen is white, my phone is a ZTE Blade Q Lux. it is unrooted and doesn't have usb debugging turned on. the device is password protected, but I can type the password in by memory and tap stuff on the phone, I just cant see what I am doing. I need o get files off of the phone and onto my computer, but the internal storage doesn't show up under the device. Is there any possible way of retrieving the files from this phone? I have tried using a keyboard and mouse plugged into it, but the phone, I'm guessing isn't capable of detecting and using these devices.
