How can I get the keyboard to disappear after using it?

Pulling down keyboard

Hey, just got my new S5 and i cannot figure out how to pull down the keyboard after im done using it. it will just stay there and its really annoying please help

I'm guessing you mean after you use the keyboard, it stays in the same position say after you make a post? Does it slide down after you hit the back button?

Back button does the trick.

The back button on my S5 does not drop the keyboard down while texting. When you're texting, the back button is the "enter" button, to go to the next line. I still can't drop the keyboard. I wish people will stop saying that the "back button" works every time, because it doesn't. That's why everyone is asking.

Sounds like you are confusing the keyboard's ENTER key for the phone's Back button.

Back button = the soft key to the right of the Galaxy S5's Home button.
