How can I get the Weather Icon on the lock screen?

Weather Icon on locked screen

Is there a way to add the little weather widget/icon that you see on the galaxy phones on lock screen mode? (its and icon of clouds, sun, etc with temperature)
I believe I had this option as some point and somehow deleted or was removed with last update. Galaxy S5 running latest 5.1 software

Did you enable it in the settings? I am not sure about the s5,but on the s6,I had to do that.

Yes, I have the box checked that says shows weather information.

I had to have the Google app running which I disabled initially
