How can I ginore someone call or text without even seeing it?

My ex boyfriend keep reaching out to me lately I don't know what to do. I always answer his get in the trap. If I do not answer his call then I feel guilty. I do not want block him because I think it's too harsh. I want to know if there is way that I will not see his call or text when he try to reach out to me without blocking him.

Well blocking isn't permanent. All it does is make your phone seem off to them and not let anything through. You could block for a week or two then unblock if you're worried about important calls in the future. I know that's not exactly what you want to hear but it's the best I got, maybe someone else would know something
