How can I increase the volume on my Samsung S4 mini's Notification and Ringtones

I can add tones to the ringtones but not to the notification tones. Volume is on max but it is not hard enough

You press the VOLUME key (left, up) and you should see this.

You press on the settings thing in there and you should see this. You know from there
