How can I install firmware but with different baseband (SM-N900) ?

install firmware but with different baseband (SM-N900) ?

I have a NOTE III SM-N900 baseband version: N900XXUENG1 , & I want to install Firmware 5.0 lollipop on it, but I'v found it with a nother basband (N900XXUEBOC4_N900ODDEBOB2_N900DDUEBOB1)

is it okey , or I'll find issues after the update?
