How can I mount the inner SD card on my tablet

[AC Question]

I have a generic tablet running Kitkat 4.4. The internal memory on the tablet is 32GB. 16GB is labelled "internal storage". The other 16GB is labelled "inner SD card".

By mistake I unmounted the inner SD card. I actually wanted to unmount the external SD card.

The option to mount the inner card is now greyed-out (In Settings/Storage).

How can I mount the inner card?
