How can I move my microSD from one tablet to another?

Moving microSD from one tablet to another

I just moved from a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7" to a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7" and moved the micro SD card from one to the other. The Tab 4 doesn't see or recognize my music tracks on the SD card. What do I need to do for it to "register" with the new tablet?

Nothing. Turning the tablet on should run the media scanner, which will pick up all your media files, including music files.

If you mean it doesn't recognize them as albums, that depends on the app. Run the same app and it'll recognize the files the same way.
