How can I print from my Verizon 4g lte Samsung S4 cell phone to a imagistics sx2100 printer?

It depends does it support Google Cloud Print. If yes you can download the Cloud Print app from Play store, set up your printer and use it from anywhere. If it doesn't there is option to set it up using Chrome browser in your computer, you can read more about it on Google Cloud Print website.

Even printers that don't support Cloud Print (my old Kodak doesn't) can be set to work with it.
