How can I put phone app on home screen? Missing since lollipop installed on Galaxy s4

galaxy s4 just had lollipop installed. There is a blank space on home screen where green phone app should be. How can I get it back?

Welcome to Android Central! Open the App Drawer, look for the Phone/Dialer app, long press it, and drag it to that empty spot.
